Follow these steps to install WordPress manually:

STEP1: Download the WordPress installation package To start the installation process, first you need to download WordPress from it's official download page We recommend that you always download and install the latest stable version of WordPress. Once you click on the Download button for the latest WordPress version, the installation package will be saved to your hard disk. Locate the installation package that you've just downloaded and extract it to a new folder.

STEP2: Upload WordPress to Hosting Account. Now, you need to upload the extracted files and folders to your web server where you need the wordpress. The easiest way to upload the installation files is via FTP.

STEP3: Create MySQL Database for the wordpress. WordPress stores its information in a database. Therefore, a database will need to be created. Please note you are only able to create a new database via the admin control panel. Here is a guide how to create a new database: Please click on the "MySQL > Databases" tab in the left menu in the control panel. Click the "+ New MySQL Database" and fill out the form. Now your connection details will appear. You are able to see these details at any time by clicking on the 'Info' tab.

To remember which database is used to which website: Try naming: "mydomain_net" or "www_mydomain_net". Or write in the description field.

STEP4: Go through the installation process Now it's time to navigate to your website to start with the installation process. If you have uploaded WordPress in your domain document root you'll need to go to in your preferred browser.

On this page you will see a message, asking you to prepare the necessary information for the installation. Enter the details for your newly created MySQL database and press the Submit button

WordPress will now check if your settings are correct. If you have entered all the necessary information, you will see a confirmation screen. Press the Run the Install button to proceed.

STEP5: Complete the Installation

On this page, fill in the fields for:

Site Name Username Password (needs to be entered twice) Email address (login information will be sent to this email address) Select whether or not to have the search engines index the site Click Install Now, and you should be taken to the final screen, showing the following message: "Success! WordPress has been installed."

Your new WordPress application is installed. You can use the Login In button to access your administrative backend and start posting in your new site !
