Taking great pride in customer satisfaction
Servage takes great pride in customer satisfaction. Hence we conduct customer surveys from time to time to measure our archievements regarding customer satisfaction with Servage, the products, the support, the features etc.
Current Survey
The main questions asked where regarding the overall satisfaction with Servage, the satisfaction level with our features, and how the individual customer would rate our development during the past. Our current survey indicates that almost all our customers are satisfied with their hosting experience with Servage. Furthermore also almost every customer believes our features are fulfilling their expectations. Last but not least: Two out of three customers believe our service is getting better and better.
